Unable to add user to RMS - email taken

Hi,

I invited new users to our RMS instance. The user received an email to join our RMS account, clicked the link, completed the sign up and now has an RMS account but is not assigned our company ID but their own. I am not able to invite the user again as the RMS says:

How do I fix this?
