Unable to add a New RUT956 Router

I have come to add 1 of 8 routers to RMS and affter entering the Name, S/N, MAC and Password a windows pops up performing a number of steps, however, it stops at “adding devices [step 5] …” showing " An error occured while adding the devices. Please try again." and 34.50%.

I have tried the second router in the batch but the same thing has happened.
Can anyone help please?
