Do you have an idea how to solve this?

Hello,

An authentication code typically appears during the device registration process in the RMS system when the device is already registered to another company and you want to add or move it. A device can be registered to only one company at a time. From the picture you attached I see that the Authentication code you entered is too long. Can you please specify where you got this code from?
Auth_code

Here’s an example of how to connect with Authentication code:

In WebUI RMS settings paste the Authentication code, click “Save & Apply”, then press Connect or Reconnect.

If you are registering a device for the first time or it was unregistered and doesn’t belong to any company, it shouldn’t require an authentication code to connect to RMS.

When you add an RUT device to RMS it is crucial to enter the correct Serial number, LAN MAC Address, and device password you use for connecting to WebUI.

After submitting, press “Next” and device should connect automatically (but not instantly), if not, you can initiate a connection with the “Connect” button in WebUI RMS settings.

Let me know if it worked out for you,

Kind regards

Hi Lukas,

Thank you for explaining. I have gone through the steps. However, no Authentication code appears on the “action status” screen.

Hi Lukas,

The code was the new code I received when renewing the service. This was expired a few days ago so I purchased a new one. Initially I was connected, but after a reset to the factory settings of the router I can no longer connect to the RMS platform.

Hi Lukas,

The router is online. The mistake I made is that after the factory reset there is no longer any code that needs to be entered in the WebUI.

Hi,

Have you successfully connected to RMS?

Hi Lukas,

Yes the router is connected to RMS. Thanks for your help!!

You’re welcome, glad I could help!

Kind Regards
