Unable to access RUT950


We seem to have locked ourselves out of the admin IP address and cannot get into the settings to enable mobile wifi again. We were trying to setup an external IP address for internet access.

We’ve connected via ethernet but we’re getting error messages took too long to respond and ethernet/wifi don’t have a valid IP config. Tried factory reset but cannot access

Any help would be appreciated.

After the device is reset to factory settings, you have to establish a connection using the IP address. For Wifi access, log in to the device with the default password at device case.


Thanks for the response but when trying to connect via Ethernet it’s not recognising the hardware.

We are just getting the errors noted previously.
