TWS202 connectons to non-PoE devices - Clsco Routers damaged

We note, the last email on the PSD issue no longer appears, but the issue continues.

The PoE defect has no effect on Teltkonica to Teltkonica other than we burned up a few 202 when the connected unit had to “PoE” power 3 fully loaded downstream 202.[they took all the power from the 1st united connected to 48v].

It is a great video.

Last week, some TSW202 in new installs damaged several Cisco IR1101, sparks and smoke from the Cisco Ethernet ports when contented to the 202. It was our first connection to this customers Cisco’s.

TAC immediately escalated and now…

Development Engineering requested we send the damaged routers and four TSW202 to them to investigate the failure. We sent them DHL today. They are concerned about safety issues connecting Teltkonika to Cisco now.

I will advise as soon as I get feedback

Lets hope they do not elect to publish a global safety warning, but I tried to tell you and no one replied.

In any case, we will stick to connecting Teltonika to Telktonika for the customer who elected to deploy your devices.

Forgot to mention, it also fried a EtherWAN [Phoenix Contact] Router. Just so you know.

You might want to recommend the use of SFP when connecting to non-telktonika Non-PoE devices.

That is what we are doing now with

I attempted to move to the system your SM advised, it would accept the double verification, so I have no manner of sending your traceable information that I received from the other makers. I assume you do not want it here and some if it is NDA.

Error, NOT accept double verification
