TSW202 POE ports doesn't work

hello
we are using a TSW202. We configure the LAN1 por with PoE.
We activated also the Profinet option
Reboot the system

The Profinet ports are working fine but the PoE Lan1 Port doesn’t work. We measure the pins and it doesn’t have any voltage.

We configure the device with internal webserver
What is wrong? Are there aditional configs to

work wtih PoE?

Maybe it’s the powersupply underpowered? For 802.3 af/at you should use a 48 VDC input with some serious Watts, we usually use 240W DC IN.
