TST100 is not configured in the configurator due to “Not supported”

Good afternoon, I downloaded the latest configurator from the site, the module finds its model with the version (55.01.10 Rev 00), but writes that it is not supported, if you create the configuration manually, you can see that this version is supp

Please use the link below to download the Configurator for TST100 devices.

If the Configurator is still unable to detect the device, please try using a different USB cable and a different USB port.

If the issue persists, check whether you are able to pair the device via Bluetooth. Use the default pairing PIN 5555 .

If you are still unable to connect to the device through either USB or Bluetooth, it is likely a hardware-related issue. In that case, please contact your device seller or your Teltonika Account Manager. They can guide you on the next steps for getting the device checked. If required, the device may need to be sent to us for further analysis.
