at a customer we had to move from 5G TRB500 back to 4G LTE via RUT241 because of connectivity issues.
Everything seems to work way better, except the VoIP devices. The show very strange behaviors, like ringing phones but you can not take the call. on sided communication and other very weird stuff.
The teltonika run in front of a firewall, which didn’t change and wasn’t reconfigured. The teltonika device uses a DMZ so everything is passed to the firewall. So I think that the NAT on the RUT241 is configured wrong and does not work properly, With the TRB500 everything worked (except general unstable connection) Any ideas where to look and how to troubleshoot?
