TRM250 hangs when trying to sms or 500 error

when i try to send a sms with my second i get this trm250

+CMS ERROR: 500

and then it hangs and stops responding or +CMS ERROR: 500 error

And error description from manual is unknown so i what can i do

AT+CSQ

And finally, AT+CPMS?
