TRM250 does not get connectivity

Hi,
I recently bought a TRM250 and I am trying to connect it to a LTE CAT M1 network without success.
I inserted the SIM (I checked and the SIM does work).
I connected the antenna.
I followed these steps: TRM250 First Start - Teltonika Networks Wiki (teltonika-networks.com)

Unfortunately, it does not get connectivity, while the phone with the same sim does get connectivity.

Could you please help me?
