Has anyone a solution, the modem connects with full signal but cant get internet, has the globe and “No internet” at the Modem (networks), the NCSI active probing.

Could you check if the SIM card can provide a data connection in a mobile phone?
If it can, please try connecting the TRM to the Windows machine, and via CMD run the command ipconfig to check if you have an IP address assigned by the modem.’
If there is no IP address on the TRM240 interface, make sure you are using the correct APN and authentification.
