TRM240 SMS status report not working

Having just bought a TRM240 to replace a 2G only modem, I am noticing right away that delivery reports never come after sending SMS.

Tested in PDU and Text mode.

As manuals are unclear on this point…
The COM port to use appears to be Quectel AT Port and not Quectel USB Modem.
Using the AT port appears to make it work properly.
