TRM240 not connecting to PC

Hi
I have tried connecting my TRM240 to my laptop. But the laptop dose not recognise it. In device manager, nothing happens when I connect the modem.
The driver is installed. There is no respons that there is a unit connected. I have tried connecting it to a workstation, but without luck. Nothing happens.

The green POWER light i flashing slowly. NET and LTE lights is not lit.

Is the modem broken? Or what am i doing wrong?

Could you try using a different USB cable to connect the TRM240?
If that does not help, I’m afraid your TRM240 might be defective, and needs to be returned for warranty repair. Let me know if any additional information is needed!
