TRB501 Modem crashes + modem update

Hi,

I have a TRB501 which has constant modem crashes. The log file tells:

Fatal error on modem!
EX:kernel:0x1:diag:0x199:PC=0xc0c8c4e4:LR=0xc0c8c404:BADVA=0x1f:CAUSE=0x7003:SSR=0x1ff0070

or

Fatal error on modem!
[harden] : Quectel_ModemFatalErrProcess ,adding cnt :2nd_place_medal:

To solve the issue I got adviced to update the modem firmware, which will be done by an employee via remote session. Therefore please contact me for further procedure.

The current Router Firmware is TRB501_R_00.07.18.3 and the Modem Firmware is RG520NEBDCR03A01M4G.
