TRB500 offline but has internet

We have 23x TRB500 in production, but now 3 of them has now the status “Offline” in RMS.
But the equipment connected to the 3 units had internet and is online.
2 on TRB500_R_00.07.08.2
and 1 on TRB500_R_00.07.09.2

To troubleshoot and help resolve your issue effectively, could you please first try the following:

  1. If you have physical access to the devices:
  • Navigate to the device’s WebUI.
  • Go to Services → Cloud Solutions.
  • Press the Connect button to manually establish a connection to RMS.
  1. If the devices are remote, you can attempt the following SMS commands:
  • Send: <admin password> rms_off
    Wait a few moments.
  • Send: <admin password> rms_on
  • Finally, send: <admin password> rms_connect to initiate the connection.

If the issue persists, could you please provide a screenshot of the affected devices’ page from RMS for further investigation?
