TRB500 network speed *monitoring*

Hi there,

new user, replaced my old Fritzbox+USB Modem with a TRB500 (fallback GW in a Ubiquity ecosystem). So far I like it very much. Package Manager + functionality is simply WOW.

However, I seem unable to find some equivalent of a feature the Fritzbox had and that is a simple graph showing the monitored internet/connection speed ul/dl.

Sure, I could do the speedtest, but that is a momentary view, wasting data. Contrary to that showing the current ul/dl speeds based on data that has to be sent/received ANYWAY, seems like a good alternative and in time one gets a good feeling if something is off or not.

So did I overlook something and the TRB500 has it, or could have (package) or is that something that might find its way into some future FW?

Good afternoon,

You can utilize our Realtime data functionality. The Realtime Traffic graphs provide users with the possibility to monitor average inbound and outbound traffic over the course of 3 minutes. Each new measurement is taken every 3 seconds.
You can find this functionality in WEBUI Status → Realtime data. I would recommend exploring the whole section, however if you choose Traffic, and choose interface you want to track, you will be able to see the data needed.
