TRB500 Modem Firmware update link

Where do I get the latest modem firmware for the TRB500?
It’s currently running RG501QEUAAR12A05M4G_OCPU_BETA_20211020D_04.001.00.000

Other posts indicate you only release it apon request but the current firmware is inoperable and vulnerable and the download links on other support requests are stale.

Please send over the link as I paid for this device so expect it to at least work.

I am using a TRB500 (Batch 0004, HW-Rev 0004) with the following modem firmware:

Modem: RG501Q-EU
Firmware: RG501QEUAAR12A05M4G_OCPU_BETA_20211020D_04.001.00.000

I’m currently very dissatisfied with the product, as I only achieve a maximum download speed of about 200 Mbps despite excellent signal quality (RSRP, SINR) – which is far below what I expect from a 5G-capable device.

As this is an outdated beta firmware and no 5G NR bands appear to be active, I kindly ask you to provide the latest stable modem firmware for the RG501Q-EU module.

I would like to install it manually via the WebUI.

Since I changed my provider, I also have difficulties to get 5G connection and modem occasionally resets.

Same setup: Modem: RG501Q-EU
Modem Firmware: RG501QEUAAR12A05M4G_OCPU_BETA_20211020D_04.001.00.000
Device Firmware version TRB500_R_00.07.14.3

Could you please provide me with a firmware link for the modem as well or initiate the process?
