Hi,
I’m having an issue with my Teltonika TRB500 and would really appreciate some help to troubleshoot.
The device shows a good mobile signal and appears to register on the mobile network, but there is no internet connection for any devices connected to it.
What I’m seeing:

SIM is detected
-
4G signal strength is shown
-
The unit shows as registered on the mobile network

However, there is no working internet connection.
What I’ve tried so far:

Spoken to Teltonika support by phone. They advised updating to the latest firmware, which I have done successfully, but the issue still persists.

Tried another network provider’s SIM card to rule out a carrier issue. I get the same behaviour: but 5G signal and registration, but no internet access.

Power cycled the TRB500 several times.

Removed and re-seated the SIM.

Confirmed that the SIMs work with active data when inserted into a smartphone.
