TRB500 5g Directional Antenna Suggestions

Hi All

Can anyone recommend a 5g antenna for a Teltonika TRB500 ?
I get 5g reception with the 4 antennas which came with the original unit and having the unit sit by the kitchen window. I do not get 5g reception with the external antenna, and I am wondering whether it is incompatible (I get 4g). It could be a directional thing for the antenna on the roof, but it would be great to hear if anybody has improved 5g reception with an external antenna, and if so, which brand.

The frequencies used for 5G are different per provider, and they could be similar or quite different from the 4G frequencies.
