TRB256 No Service

Hi Guys,

Firmware: TRB2M_R_00.07.09.1
My operator is Vodafone Romania and the apn is live.vodafone.com
I tried with older versions and it’s the same problem

I have 1 TRB256 gateway, I inserted the sim card and it shows Limited Service only on M1. If I leave it in the auto mode, it connects to NBIoT, generates traffic but does not send data on MQTT (probably I need another APN). I need it to connect in 4G not in NBIoT. And I don’t understand why it doesn’t connect. I have another RUT955 and 956 and the sim card works without problems.

In Network>Mobile>Network Selection>

• there is no Operator list mode
• there is no Scan for operators

Could you please try navigating to Network → Mobile → Connection and setting the preferred network type to 4G only?

Is no 4G. Is only M1 and NB
this type of gateway does not have all the functions in the Mobile interface like rut956
