TRB245 Modbus Client COPY

Using the TRB245 Serial Modbus Client (3 Meters) each have two register 2816 (kw) and 514 (kwh).
The metering readings are being sent to a MQTT broker, and works fine.
Question relates to having a simple script to copy meter no.1 parameters to x amount of meters.
example: Meter Address 1 has the same two registers but want to create 22 meters with the same parameters.

Is it possible to have a script to do this ?
