TRB145 - Accessing the modbus information from my server

I got a TRB145 in Modbus TCP over Serial Gateway with a SIM card with only a static IP. Directly connecting the modem in my PC I can access the modbus information with no problem at all. But can I do the same with my server?
If so, does the TRB145 can work as a client when using the WireGuard VPN?
I’ve already read this article about wireguard: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Wireguard_Peer_To_Peer_Configuration_example

But my problem is, my EC2 server is the “WireGuard Server” in the example and my TRB145 is a “WireGuard Client”

As per the example you’ve provided yourself, you can set up the device either as server or as a client, it is fully up to you as seen here:

In the peer config of the WireGuard configuration, make sure to include the EC2 and Modbus device subnets and also enable “Route allowed IPs”:
