TRB143 and PRO380-Mb meter

Hello,

I have a TRB143 connected to a PRO380-Mb meter. I have the attached M-Bus register map. Does anyone know how to set up the TRB143 to read the registers in the attached page?

Any help is wellcome!

regards,

Gábor

Hello Gábor,

Thank you for reaching out!

Please follow our M-Bus data collection and sending guide, which walks through the TRB143 configuration.

To get started:

  1. Go to Services → M-Bus → Client and add your meter using its primary or secondary M-Bus address. If you don’t know the address, use the scan function.

  2. Test communication with the meter, then create and enable a data collecting group. Set the polling interval and choose an output format, such as JSON.

  3. Test the group to view the data returned by the meter. Under Group values, you can collect all parameters or select specific ones using their frame and record numbers.

  4. If you also want to forward the readings to a server, configure Services → Data to Server as described in the guide.

If you’re unsure which returned records correspond to the measurements in your register map, please share the test output and indicate which values you’d like to read. This will help us suggest the appropriate selection.

Kind regards,
T.

Thank you, I will try it.

Hello,
