TRB142 is not getting connected through USB port. No device is showing.
What would be troubleshoot I shoud do?

TRB14x and TRB500 devices should show up as virtual network adapters on host operating systems. No special drivers are needed.
Could you clarify what operating system are you using? If you’re using Windows, could you open the Device Manager and check if there are any unrecognized USB devices? If there are none, could you try using a different USB cable?

Thank you for your response.
Issue sorted out. My client used below 9V to powering up the TRB142 hence it has not got the required power.
Now,I can access the webui.
