TRB142 Error sending sms from web interface

I’m using a TRB142 modem. Today I made a factory reset and update the firmware to the latest release 07.16.3. Then I logged in to the web interface and tried to send an sms from

Services → Mobile utilities → Messages

The hourglass keeps running for a while, then I receive a “Failed to send message”.

  • I checked the sim card with another modem (not Teltonika) and it works fine
  • I checked the status of the TRB142 and it is correctly registered on the network
