TRB141 i/O monitoring/control via modbus

Hello,

I want to use TRB141 to monitor and control few inputs and few outputs via Modbus. Regarding that I have two questions how to get status of each I/O pin and how to set them.

  1. Get Parameters

The TRB141 modbus documentation is not precise which register is holding state of which I/O pin:

Can you please let me know which physical pins are monitored on which address exactly? (i.e. Which register do I need to read in order to get the status of PIN No3 (on power socket), PIN No4 (on power socket), DI1 (on input/output connector), DI2(on input/output connector), relay 1, relay 2 … and so on?

  1. Set parameters

It is similar situation for set parameters.TRB141 device has two relays and more than 2 pins. In the modbus command list, only single relay and only 2 pins are listed:

Is it also possible to control the second relay and other pins?

Hello,

PIN 1 (341/342) and PIN 2 (342/343) are the PINs on the 4-pin connector

PIN 1 (dry/wet) (343/344) and PIN 2 (dry/wet) (344/345) are the pins on the Input/Output block.

I’ll contact our R&D, as I believe that we simply need to update our documentation on this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I have an answer.
