After the issue occurs, please navigate to System → Administration → Troubleshoot, and press Show on the System Log section. Copy the logs, remove any sensitive information and paste the logs in the next comment.
At the moment it’s hard to say what could be causing the issue. Make sure you are on the latest RutOS firmware version.
Additionally, visually inspect the SIM card to make sure it’s inserted correctly and the contacts are not damaged.
FYI
I’ve updated to Firmware TRB1_R_00.07.04.5. I think the problem started after this, but I’m not 100% sure.
But after ths I’ve tried Firmware TRB1_R_00.07.04.4 and TRB1_R_00.07.04.3.
Thank you for the logs.
It seems like for some reason the TRB140 cannot obtain an IP address from your ISP. Could you try configuring a modem reboot in Services → Auto Reboot like so:
Hi,
we just use the TRB140 for receiving SMS and atm we are not using the mobile data connection.
The SIM card can not connect to mobile data.
Is this mandatory?
