i am deeling with a new TRB140 device, yesterday i started it up for the first time and i changed the username and the password successfully, but today everytime i try to login i fale
i’ll be grateful if someone can help

If the issue persists, you could try performing a factory reset on the device and then setting up new login credentials. To factory reset the device, the reset button needs to pressed in for at least 12 seconds. Signal strength LEDs indicate the elapsed time while holding the reset button, and the start of the factory reset is confirmed when all five signal strength LEDs begin flashing.
Please note that a factory reset will restore the device to its default settings, so any existing configurations will be lost.
