TRB140 connecting attemp issues to RMS

hello there,

i am working with a TRB140, firmware version: TRB1_R_00.07.13.4

i am running a trial on RMS platform but i have an issue is that the device doesn’t reach to connect and show me the following message:

down(failed to resolve hostname)

this message is on the device side under “Services>Cloud solutions>RMS” directory

well the “failed to resolve hostname” error is apparently resolved and it is due to data limitation
BUT!!
another error i forgot to mention appeared AGAIN (because the device didn’t connect at all ): “license expired”
i found that this error shows up if the device was already registered to another RMS account, so i wonder if that’s really the case or what it could be?

The “License expired” error means that the device registered to RMS does not have an active license or sufficient credits.
