TRB-145 offline or not

We have a TRB-145 that is not connecting to our systems. Also when we want to connect via RMS the system indicates it is offline for more than a week. However when I look at the metrics panel on the teltonika website it looks like data is received from the device. The metric panel shows data uses and connection state, however no temperature information.
What can be the problem here? We thought it was a hardware issue but when the data connection is ok it might be something else. The device is rebooted on a daily basses so also that doesn’t help getting it online.

Could you please let me know what is shown next to Connection state on the Services → Cloud Solutions → RMS page in the WebUI?
