Good morning, I have a problem with my TRB 140 gateway . after installing the firmware released in November ( 00.07.10.02) the connection to my mobile operator constantly disconnects. before the update no problem was highlighted. what can I do ?
As suggested by the support i installed the last version 7.13.3 but the situation doesn t change.
My operator is Wind. I did this simple test , i put the TRB sim in other modem Huawei and the connecction was stable and up. Many thanks
Did you try factory reset? What was the last working firmware version?
Yes I did a reset without succes. Same problem. Unfortunately i dont rember the version of the software that worked before. Could be 00 07 XX
Many tks
Hello,
Could you please let me know if you see any errors in the WebUI, such as “Internal modem unreachable”?
If so, please log in to the device via SSH/CLI (https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Command_Line_Interfaces_RutOS), execute the command lsusb
, and share the output here.
Thank you.
Best regards,
hello,
i did the command LSUSB using CLI but without any output.
If i go in STATUS/NETWORK/MOBILE and i try to restart the connection i read a pop up with wrote: FAILED TO RESTART CONNECTION, MODEM NOT FOUND.
If i did the command LOGREAD the output is very long and it is no possible to paste on the windows.
The led signal show 3 led on and the 4G led blink
i can send system log, kernel log o troubleshooting file ??

Hello,
Could you please try rebooting the device and see if it resolves the issue?
If the problem persists, could you try recovering the device using the firstboot command as outlined here: TRB140 Device Recovery Options, and let me know if that helps?
Thank you.
Best regards,
Hello ,
i did the recovering device using the firstboot command but unfortunately nothing change. Same problem; modem disconnected.
I save the log after the modem recovering.
If i go in STATUS/NETWORK/MOBILE and i push the button RESTART CONNECTION i receive a massage: Failed to restart connection, modem not found
best regards
i fill the form as you requested

Hello,
I am experiencing the same issue, but with a Teltonika RUT241 instead of the TRB140.
The modem suddenly stopped working with my mobile operator (Wind). The SIM works perfectly on other devices (tested on an iPhone with a stable connection), so I have excluded problems with the SIM or the network coverage.
I am not sure if the issue is related to a firmware update, as I did not use the modem for a while before noticing the problem.
Additionally, I tested the RUT241 with an Iliad SIM, and it worked correctly without any changes to the settings. This suggests the modem is functional but there may be a compatibility issue with Wind.
When I try to restart the connection from the WebUI or CLI, I get the error message: “Failed to restart connection, modem not found.”
I read the discussion here and the symptoms match mine exactly.
Do you know if there is a firmware version that does not have this problem?
Thank you in advance for your support.
Best regards,
Alessandro
Good morning; in my case the problem occurred after a firmware update.
I don’t remember the version perfectly, but the last working one for the TRB 140 should be 07.10.01.
In my case, I only have coverage with Wind and if the issue is not resolved, unfortunately, I will have to change the modem.
We hope in the support.
Best Regards
Alessandro
Could you please try performing a hard reboot on your devices and check if the issue still persists?
Thank you!
