I installed a new device and wanted to transfer the existing RMS Management Pack, one device, to this device for 5 years. The previous device is no longer used and has been removed from the RMS overview.
However, I can’t enter the original license code, nor does the previous code appear in the system.
What am I doing wrong or not understanding?

Could you please specify why you are no longer using the previous device? Are you experiencing any issues with it, such as being unable to connect, or have you simply replaced it while it is still operational?
Hello Marijia, I replaced the device while it was still in use because I wanted a second SIM card and 5G network. However, I’ve since learned from my dealer that a device change isn’t possible, so I’ve just ordered a new 5-year package. I have the old rut360, so I can sell it with the remaining 3 years and transfer the license, right?
