Transfer RMS pack to new router

I plan to replace my RUT360 with a RUTX50 and I would like to know if it possible to transfer the 5y Management Pack assigned to the RUT360 to the new router. I saw some topics that only RMS Administrators (Teltonika) can do it, is it correct ?

I thought devices automatically assigned credits in RMS were done on a month by month basis and then only if the auto update option was enabled?

For credits yes but i have a management pack on this device.

The device is working perfectly. I am upgrading the system to get a better bandwith and being able to get the position of it (GNSS). 5G compatible devices were not out at that time.

Thank you for confirming it. Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer packages between working devices. We can only transfer a package from a device that is being sent for RMA.

I don’t understand why anybody would buy a 5 year management pack for a device they would possibly be EOL, superseded or updated before then?
