TMT250 vs Petovik

Good day Dear Teltonik community,

Someone has already tried to connect the Petovik application with this TMT 250 device.
What parameters DNS / IP and where do I need to enter so that I can see my animal on the map in Petovik app.

Good day, Petovok should support the codec 8 and codec 8 extended protocol of TMT250 in able to work well.

Please check if they supports it, you should add the IP and Port.

I checked all the parameters are correct, but it doesn’t work
Can You tell me if it can work as a GPS transmitter only ? Do I need to install a SIM card in it anyway ?

Hello,

Yes you need to insert SIMCARD so that the device will transmit the GPS records to your server.
