I have the exact issue that is described in the follwong topic:

The TCT says also not supported.

There must be an old configurator that does the job! Does anyone have a clue?

Good Day,

Since the firmware version is showing as not supported, you would need to contact your Sales Manager so they can assist you with creating a Partner Portal ticket.

We would need to flash a newer firmware version on your device to resolve this.

Thanks for your response, unfortunately the company that I bought these trackers 10 years ago doesn’t exist anymore so I cannot contact any sales person.

Do you still support the particular device?

I agree that I need to put a new firmware but I am stuck since the TCT and the latest configurator says not supported.

There must be an old configurator that does the job, can you please help since I have a number of devices with the same issue and decommissioning them seems a waste given that they are fully functional.
