Hi, I would like to know is there anyway to make sure my alarm button click is recorded?
At the moment, I am experience some data lost when I press the alarm button, at times, when I continuous to press 5 times, the server would only receive 3 record only.
Is there any settings to make sure all the clicks are being recorded as I intended to use the button click as counter?

I hope you are doing well. Kindly note that there is a corresponding Actions that the device would take when you are pressing the device’s Alarm Button.
Suggesting you to recheck the Configuration of the device under the Keyboard settings and test the device pressing with some interval as the device may sense that it is an action for 2 clicks/Long clicks.
