Think my TSW210s are locking up

Hi

I have a RUTX08 which is then connected to 2 x TSW210s connected as follows:

RUTX08
WAN - WAN (internet)
LAN1 - USB Server
LAN2 - TSW210 #1
LAN3 - TSW210 #2

TSW210 #1
LAN1 - RUTX08
LAN2 - PC
LAN3 - PC
LAN4 - PC
LAN5 - PC
LAN6 - not connected
LAN7 - not connected
LAN8 - not connected

TSW210 #2
LAN1 - RUTX08
LAN2 - PC
LAN3 - PC
LAN4 - PC
LAN5 - PC
LAN6 - PC
LAN7 - PC
LAN8 - PC

On power up all seems ok but then after a while I notice that all of the link lights seem to remain on and static on both switches (even unconnected ports). The networking appears to be ok in terms of devices talking to each other and they have internet connectivity but this seems odd to me.

I have a separate system which just has the RUTX08 and one TSW210 which seems to do the same

Hello,

This is a known issue, where the LED lights on the TSW switches begin to stay continuously lit after some time. This does not occur on all the TSW switches. After power cycling the device, the LED behavior should return to normal for a certain period of time. Our R&D department is actively addressing it. However, it’s important to note that this does not impact the functionality of the device, and the switch should continue to work as intended. If having the LEDs work properly is essential for you, and the current behavior is unacceptable, I recommend reaching out to your designated sales manager or the reseller from whom you purchased the device to initiate an RMA procedure.

Kind Regards,

I have 2 TSW210, One of them seems to have this issue, all LEDs are ON, the difference however is that I am having connectivity issues, devices on the TSW210 cannot communicate until they have all be unplugged and plugged back in again, this allows communication until a power cycle after which nothing communicates and everything needs unplugged again
