The TFT 100 CAN I/O is not receiving all responses, and some are showing a HEX code of 0000000000000000
. I tried using another CAN to connect with the battery, and the response was correct. I have attached the manual for CAN, the CAN I/O responses, and the third-party tool response below.

Please find the CAN protocol file attached. We are using the same protocol with another Teltonika device, with the same ID for configuration, and it is working fine.

When i received the device, there was a firmware update, which could possibly be causing the issue. I will attach the current firmware as well. If I want to revert to the old firmware, how can I do that?
