The Device is Offline

I have been using RMS since 2017 without any issues. What is happening with the Offline Status? I recently purchased 12 credits on october 4th, 2024, which should be sufficient for one year. Let me know if i need to repurchase the 12 credits.

I just purchased one credit to access my servers through RMS, but after activating the received code, the device is still offline.

Has the device been offline for some time without auto setting on and expired?

Thank you for your response. After checking on localhost under System → Setup Wizard → Step 5 - RMS Tab, I found that the connection status was “Disconnected.” After re-enabling the connection, the router status is now “Online.” However, the RMS service is set to expire on 2025-01-13, which corresponds to my purchase of one credit. I was expecting an expiration date of October 2025.

I think my mistake was using all the credits at once. Should I repurchase 12 credits, even though I still have 18.33 GB of data remaining?

Let me know how I should proceed.

All sounds fine now, only 1 credit is applied at a time and if the auto credit apply is on then come 13/1/2025 (or 14/1/2025) a new credit will auto update with an expiration date of around 14-2-2025 or thereabouts.
