While there are no specific RUTX10 Zabbix templates available, I would suggest taking a look at our wiki page here that describes how to monitor RutOS device using Zabbix and SNMP (I believe some general template is used).

I have only created my own template however not to RUX10 but RUT240 in older Zabix ver 4.x.x. via GUI.
