Teltonika RUTX50 - default password no longer legible

Dear Support Team,

We are currently using a Teltonika RUTX50 router. Unfortunately, the default password on the back of the device is no longer legible, and we are unable to log in to the router.

Could you please provide us with the default password? Alternatively, if there is a way to reset the password or create a new one, we would appreciate your guidance on that process.

The easiest way to reset your router’s admin password is by performing a factory reset. After the reset, when you first log in to the router’s WebUI, you will be prompted to set a new password.

The serial number of the device is known.
