Here is a short summary of our remote session,
The initial issue was that the device was not authenticated by the RMS system and it wouldn’t come online. During remote session I checked the available resources, managed to remove the device from the RMS and add it again, after that the device was recognised and went online. For now the issue seems to be resolved.
