Hi when adding a new user via email invitation to a particular email address on new Teltonika RMS account I get an error below.
Email message delivery was not successful due to error:
Mailbox does not exist (SMTP status code 5.1.1) .com.au
Verify that the email address is correct and try resending the invitation again.
The email address was previously used on another RMS account and was deleted.
We have moved it over but it seems its stuck.
Its a particular email addresses which I can share via PM.
Its not a antispam issue or mailbox issue as the error appears within a matter of seconds.
I need to speak to someone in support.
