I have problems with my old phone and therefore I installed the Teltonika ID app on a new phone.
With this new configuration I no longer receive verification codes to confirm.
Is there any possibility to resolve this state?

Before losing access to your old phone, have you added your new phone as an authenticator for your RMS? Even with the same email address, you still have to pair that device to your RMS. If not, kindly send me a private message to check the possibilities of removing 2FA in your account.
