Have noticed the devices get stuck on one network while roaming instead of switch to the other available network as am using an iot roaming sim. when i get the sim out of the device and put it on the phone and return it back the device starts to work what can i do to avaoide this.on the device

You can try updating your device to latest firmware version. You can contact your Sales Manager to provide you with the latest firmware version of the required device model or you can directly create a Helpdesk request.
