Teltonika Configurator via Bluetooth failing

Good morning, I’m having a small issue when trying to connect my Teltonika devices via Bluetooth to the Teltonika Configurator.

I have a fleet of several vehicles, all with an FMB130, and sometimes I need to connect to one or another to change some necessary settings.

The problem is that Bluetooth rarely works; sometimes I can connect, sometimes not.

The device appears in the Configurator, I select it to connect, and after connecting, it gets stuck on the “Collecting data…” section.

It rarely works, but when it does, I can configure everything correctly.

Does anyone know what the problem might be? Is it possible it’s with my laptop?

Note: All devices have the same Bluetooth PIN that I set and paired with the laptop, so this isn’t a problem related to that.
Note 2: When I try the android app “Teltonika FMBT” works perfectly and everytime with any device.

Hello
I have encountered a similar problem many times.
I had this problem on different models.
The only solution is to send the command “cpureset” and restart again.

Hello @BrunoSFM,

I hope you are doing well. Could you try to update one device from your fleet to the latest Firmware version and confirm if the same issue persists? Complete Firmware versions can be found on this link: Firmware versions - Teltonika Telematics Wiki

If the same issue persists, kindly create an HD Ticket or coordinate with your Sales Manager so we can further assist you.
