I am trying to update the modem firmware on my TCR 100, the device tries but there is still a newer version available after each attempt.
I cannot find a .bin file for downloading manually so how is this supposed to work?
The device firmware itself is updated, no issues doing so from the server.

The modem firmware update could require running the update multiple times to update to the latest firmware. This is the case, as the updates are made from a certain firmware, to a newer firmware. This is perfectly fine assuming the modem firmware version changes after the update (the update can take up to 20 minutes, please maintain a stable connection during this period).
