TAT140 - send record count 0

Hello,

My TAT140 shows the following status:

- GNSS position is valid

- Multiple satellites are used

- SIM is ready

- GPRS is activated

- Mobile signal is excellent

- Sent Data remains 0 B

- Sent Records Count remains 0

- Last Record Send and Last Server Response remain 01.01.1970

I have already saved the configuration and clicked “Test Connection” multiple times.

Why is the device not generating or sending any records, and why do the timestamps remain at 01.01.1970?
