Swapping a paid management pack to a different device

Good afternoon,

I have a TRB246 with a paid management pack of 10 years. Unfortunately after setting up this device it now does not power on.

Am I able to unregister this device and put this same management pack on a new TRB246.

I can try contacting the RMS team to see if they would be able to swap the pack from one device onto another, but I’ll need more details from you.
