I have a problem when my connection is connected to the RUTM50. The speed at the Starlink router is 250-300mbps. When routed thru the starlink router or directly to the RUTM50 the speed drops to 20mbps. Starlink says this is not their issue it is in the setting for the router.

Could you please provide more information regarding your RUTM50? What firmware version is currently installed on it? Any other specific settings you’ve changed on the WebUI?

I have not changed any factory setting and the firm ware is RUTM_R_00.07.17.1
I am beginning to think I purchased the wrong router, i needed to maximize my number of allowable connections to match the increase bandwidth the performance Starlink dish was going to provide. But the through pit on the WIFI connection is only 20mbps, the hardwired connection is still over 200mbps.
